Right on track..

This week was a bit of a mad one, some family troubles and a few other bits added some speed bumps into the road but i worked around them for the most part and managed to stick to my daily macros the best i could. weighing days is mondays so yesterday i weighed myself on the boditrax machine at the gym and was really happy with the result, because my protein intake is up and I’m being somewhat consistent the results are starting to show.
